"1901 Postal card Rama V First Series surcharged 1-1/2Atts(#PC0009) from Korat to Switzerland, uprated by Third Issue 2Atts(#70) and half of 1Att(#69) making rate of 4Atts for overseas postcard rate, value on postcard tied by bamboo cancellation while postage stamps tied by KORAT (PSR-02A) cds dated 19.7.01. On obverse bearing KRUNGTHEP 1 (BSR-02A) transit cds dated 21.4.20 corresponding to 21 July 1901, BERN double ring cds dated 27.VIII.01 and “T” in reverse triangle., also franking with tax postage stamp of 5c. tied by BERN cds dated 28.VIII 01. The sender thought that postage value 1Att cut in half would worth 0.5Att so it was taxed 5c. Fine. F.(1) "
